Amrita mentioned that she advised "mummy ji" not to teach the kids misbehavior and expressed the need to discuss the matter. Kulwant invited Yuvi to play and wondered why everyone seemed upset. Jagga asked Kulwant about her actions, as Param was also expelled.
Kulwant initially refused to apologize, even comparing it to apologizing to God, but Sarab insisted that she must apologize. Kulwant eventually agreed to apologize the following morning in front of everyone.
Kulwant then asked if she could become a great politician, with Rana pointing out her reluctance to apologize to God, to which she replied that Sarab meant more to her than God in politics.
In another scene, Harleen tried to encourage Param to sleep without his mother, and Sarab and Meher discussed the school situation, with Sarab mentioning that the outcome depended on the apology. Sarab accidentally cut his hand while cutting apples, and Meher tended to his wound.
Later on, Yuvi expressed his embarrassment about Kulwant apologizing to Anita madam. Kulwant reluctantly agreed to apologize, and Rana had prepared an apology letter. Param woke up crying for Meher, and Meher also missed him. Harleen noticed Meher's presence and expressed regret for thinking she could be a mother to Param, sleeping with him to comfort him.
Meher asks, "Why isn't Param awake?" Param eventually wakes up and rushes to Meher. He proudly exclaims, "Mama, I've proven I'm a strong boy," prompting Meher to hug him. Param compares himself to his strong "Meher mama." Harleen enters the scene, and Meher greets her with a polite "Sasrikaal," but Harleen leaves in anger.
A servant brings a salad to Meher, which contains a note that reads, "8 days to go."
Amrita expresses her curiosity about an apology letter, but Kulwant denies her request to see it. Yuvi finds this situation amusing.
Rovi wonders why no one is eating, and Harleen reveals her anxiety about Param's school decision. Dolly doesn't believe Kulwant will apologize, but Sarab insists that she will. Param, who is crying, expresses his desire to attend school, as his friends are celebrating Christmas there. Meher reassures him that he will go to school starting tomorrow.
As Sarab heads to school for a Christmas party, Param wishes everyone "Merry Christmas." The other kids, who are still attending school, ask Param to leave. Harleen accuses Meher of being a liar, and Kulwant questions Sarab about Meher's whereabouts.
A child questions Yuvi's Christmas attire since he's no longer in school. The kids predict that Yuvi's grandmother will apologize today, but Yuvi disagrees.
The ceremony begins, and the host announces that Kulwant will apologize first. However, Kulwant surprises everyone by claiming that she is the PR manager of Punjab Dal and is proud of her actions against Anita.
She mocks Anita's inability to understand English and threatens to slap her again if she touches Yuvi. Sarab is shocked and insists that Kulwant apologize in Punjabi, but Kulwant continues with her English statement, claiming it was wrong what she did. Anita accuses Kulwant of putting on another act.
As people start leaving, Meher arrives dressed as Santa Claus and distributes gifts to the children. Param, who is in tears, is invited on stage by Meher. He expresses his distress at being expelled from school despite doing everything right, pleading to be allowed back and apologizing to the principal.
