Jitu's mom enters and slaps Jitu. Bitu inquires about the situation, and she reveals that their mistake was fixing her wedding with him. Bitu asks for more details, and she explains that their engagement was called off after Bitu's mother insulted them and Kulwant ended the engagement. She sobs and instructs Bitu to leave the house.
Meher walks outside and is harassed by some goons. She defends herself with a rod and chases them away.
Meanwhile, Jitu's dad narrates how they were insulted, mentioning that they pushed Jitu's mother, who had objected to the wedding. He narrates all kinds of insults they suffered.
Bitu, upset and crying, rides his bike in frustration.
Meher seeks shelter from a stranger and asks him to arrange a place for her to stay the night.
Param reminisces about Meher and expresses his longing for her. Sarab realizes that a blank cheque he signed has gone missing, and they suspect Meher's involvement. Dolly accuses Meher of theft, but Sarab dismisses further discussion.
Param reflects on his feelings toward his mother and questions why she would steal.
Bitu returns home, demanding to know Kulwant's whereabouts. He declares his love for Jitu and his determination to marry her, even against obstacles like God.
Tensions rise as Bitu confronts Kulwant and the family intervenes.
Meher is taken to an orphanage by a kind stranger. She expresses concern about her safety but is assured she can stay for a few nights. Meher is shown her room and recalls moments with Param.
Param dreams of Meher while sleeping with Sarab. Meher also wakes up, yearning to communicate with Param and clear her name off theft allegations. Sarab's anger towards Meher continues to escalate.
In front of a mirror, Meher wishes she could explain herself to Param and laments her hurtful words.
Param calls out for Meher, who on the other end promises to meet him, determined to prove her innocence despite Sarab's harsh words.
