The episode begins with Parineet desperately trying to escape from Rakesh inside the hospital. Obsessed with her, Rakesh keeps following her through the corridors, pleading with her to stop running. He insists that no one will ever love her the way he does and even asks her to marry him. Terrified, Parineet continues running until she finally hides inside a storeroom.
Holding her baby bump, Parineet quietly reassures her unborn child that she will never let anything happen to it. At the same time, Neeti struggles with mixed emotions. Although she doesn’t want to go anywhere near Parineet after everything that has happened between them, she remembers that Sanju trusted her to take care of her friend. When Parineet finally manages to call her, she frantically reveals that Rakesh is chasing her through the hospital. Neeti immediately tells her to stay safe and promises that she’s on her way.
As Rakesh continues searching for Parineet, his henchman warns him that his father will be furious if he causes more trouble. Rakesh brushes off the warning, saying he isn’t afraid of anyone. Meanwhile, Parineet decides she has to find another hiding place. When a nurse questions her presence near the ICU, she quickly lies that she’s searching for her lost ring.
Moments later, Rakesh catches hold of the same nurse. Pulling out a gun, he threatens him and claims that a girl looking for a ring near the ICU is actually a thief. After confirming that the girl is Parineet, Rakesh even offers the frightened nurse money in exchange for directions to the quickest route leading to the ICU.
Seeing a shadow approaching, Parineet believes Neeti has finally arrived. Instead, Rakesh appears before her once again. He apologizes for frightening her and repeats that he truly loves her. Furious, Parineet warns him that she’ll call the police. Rakesh calmly tells her to listen to him first. Parineet reminds him that she is already married to Rajeev and asks whether he has no shame in chasing a married woman. Rakesh shamelessly replies that he knows all about her marriage and claims Rajeev doesn’t value her before asking her to marry him again.
Just then, Neeti arrives and steps between them.Rakesh warns Neeti not to interfere, but she refuses to back down and walks straight to Parineet. She reminds Rakesh that the last time he attacked them, she stood between him and Parineet, and she’ll do the same again if necessary. Rakesh admits that his obsession has never changed—he wanted Parineet then, and he still wants her now.
Realizing she has only one chance to save her friend, Neeti quietly signals Parineet to run and get help while she keeps Rakesh distracted. Parineet hesitates but eventually runs away as Neeti faces Rakesh alone.
Meanwhile, Sanju is attending an important office meeting when he suddenly receives Parineet’s desperate message informing him that Rakesh is at the hospital. Without wasting another second, Sanju walks out of the meeting and rushes to help her.
On the way, Sanju calls Parineet to check on her. She tells him that Neeti saved her but is now trapped with Rakesh. Worried about Neeti’s safety, Parineet begs Sanju to save her. Sanju tries to calm her down, saying Neeti is smart enough to protect herself for some time. He asks Parineet to stay safe and promises to reach them as quickly as possible. Before ending the call, Parineet makes him promise that he’ll bring Neeti back safely.
Back inside the hospital, Neeti and Rakesh continue arguing. In a shocking move, Neeti tells Rakesh that he should take Parineet away and disappear from their lives forever. Her unexpected words leave Rakesh completely confused. He can’t understand why Parineet’s best friend is suddenly speaking against her and begins to suspect that Neeti is playing some kind of game.
Rakesh then brings up the biggest secret, saying Neeti must have finally learned that she and Parineet share the same husband. Neeti admits that Parineet betrayed her friendship and sarcastically tells Rakesh that if he really wants Parineet, he’ll need the courage to fight for her. Rakesh proudly boasts about his bravery, but Neeti quickly cuts him off by revealing that Parineet is pregnant. She explains that Parineet is carrying the baby as a surrogate for her and Sanju.
The revelation leaves Rakesh wondering how he can ever make Parineet his. As the argument continues, Neeti deliberately keeps speaking badly about Parineet, making Rakesh believe she’s genuinely turned against her.
Meanwhile, Sanju finally reaches Parineet and immediately checks whether she and the baby are safe. Relieved to see him, Parineet wastes no time and takes him to the place where Neeti is confronting Rakesh.
Before Sanju arrives, Neeti cleverly plants a dangerous idea in Rakesh’s mind. She tells him that Sanju and the family will never willingly let him take Parineet away. However, if he follows her plan, the very same family will one day arrange his marriage to Parineet themselves.
Hearing this unbelievable proposal, Rakesh becomes excited. Convinced that Neeti is finally on his side, he praises her intelligence, completely unaware that she may be setting a trap for him.
