Meher And Sarab Dies In Accident
Harleen asks what is happening and calls everyone for breakfast. Everyone enjoys breakfast together. Sarab feeds Meher and jokes that he didn’t wash his hands after using the washroom. Meher screams and chases after him. He laughs and says he was joking.
Meher asks Ajay ji to mix jamalgota in Sarab’s juice. Sarab jokes about her having a jamalgota business. Meher says ghosts don’t listen with words, and Sarab quips that the ghosts must be happy to have such a handsome man join them. Meher tells him he lives in such misunderstandings, and Sarab asks if he’s not smart and dashing. Meher coughs, teasing him. They all sing "Tum Rootha Na Karo," making Sarab laugh.
Trilochan arrives, and everyone salutes him, saying "Jai Hind." He laughs and reminds them to prepare for the family photo. Meher hurries everyone out, and she gets the kids ready. Meher shows Seher how to tie her brothers’ turbans in case she’s not around. The boys insist that only she should do it for them, and they all hug her.
Sarab jokes, asking her to tie his turban too. As she does, he holds her hand, and the kids laugh. Sarab asks for a kiss, saying she kissed the kids when tying their turbans. The kids close their eyes, and when Sarab closes his, the kids kiss him instead. He laughs, saying he asked for one kiss but got three. Meher laughs and runs, and Sarab chases her.
A drone appears in the house, and Sarab explains it’s for recording their family day. Meher, pleased, says she loves him. Sarab smiles, and they hold hands. Seher admires them and says she wants a husband like her papa, who loves her mama so much.
Sarab tells her that when she grows up, someone will come into her life, and Meher adds that he will love her just like her papa loves her mama. Sarab says it will be like how her mama loves her papa. They smile together.
After the photoshoot, Meher and Sarab plan to go to the temple. As they prepare for the family photo, Meher feels the family isn’t complete yet. She brings out caricatures of Jagga and Amrita, saying now the family is whole. Everyone becomes emotional, and the photographer takes the picture. Sarab jokes with Ajay ji to bring his juice with jamalgota, making everyone laugh.
Sarab receives a call from the NGO, where some orphaned children are waiting to receive donations directly from him. Their train leaves in an hour, and Sarab promises to come.
Seher asks where he’s going, reminding him about the temple visit. Sarab reassures her that he will come and asks Harleen to take everyone to the temple while he finishes his work. Meher insists they leave together.
On the way, Meher tells Sarab to keep his eyes on the road. Sarab says he needs to look at his "moon," but Meher tells him he has a lifetime to see her and not to waste a moment.
She places a tika on him, expressing her fear that everything is too happy, and hopes nothing goes wrong. Sarab reassures her that they have gone through enough and will now live happily. He promises never to fight with her again. Meher jokes that she will continue their small arguments, which he loves.
Suddenly, a truck comes in front of their car. Meher screams Sarab’s name as the truck hits them, flipping the car. People rush to help them, pulling them out of the car.
They are severely injured and bleeding. Both are taken to the hospital by ambulance. Even in their unconscious state, Meher and Sarab hold hands.
At the hospital, their children and family cry while doctors begin treatment. Seher remembers Sarab’s promise to return and feels betrayed. She sobs, recalling how her parents had promised to celebrate Family Day every year. She cries out, saying they lied to her.
The doctor informs the family that Sarab and Meher’s condition is critical due to their rare blood type. Seher pleads with the doctor to save them, and everyone prays.
Meanwhile, Sarab calls out to Meher in his unconscious state, asking if she’s okay. Meher responds that she is, but Sarab says his breath is fading, and death is near. He’s not sad about dying, but about losing her. Meher reassures him that they will always be together.
Inside the hospital room, the children cry. Sarab and Meher hold their hands, giving them advice. Sarab tells his sons to always take care of Seher, and Meher asks Seher to stay close to her brothers. They encourage their children to stay united and strong like a fist, reminding them that dark times are followed by light.
The children beg their parents not to leave them, but Sarab and Meher’s breaths fade away as they hold hands. They pass away, leaving their family devastated. Their souls speak of how their children’s love will carry on their story.
