Choti Sarrdaarni Written Update for Thursday, 30 January 2025
Guru ji asks a man to bring leaves. The man asks if he should get them from there. Guru ji replies that he should get them from the universe. Guru ji says Seher should see dreams because she will get a shock tomorrow.
The question-answer round starts. Tina asks Param if he would be okay if his wife had to go abroad for work. Param says if a husband can go, why can’t the wife? He has no problem with it. A man asks Karan if he can assure that their daughter is going to a good family. Karan says she will be treated like a queen there. A girl asks both of them what their views are if she wants to take care of her parents financially. Both pick up their mics together.
Param says if his wife can take care of his family, it is his responsibility to take care of hers too. Karan says there is no difference between a daughter and a son; both should care for their families. He says their sister is the best example—she took care of them even after marriage and has always been there for them.
Seher announces the secret test round. She asks the participants to write the tasks they want her brothers to complete. The first task comes in. Seher reads it aloud—it asks them to prove they can do household chores. She tells them they have to prepare food with only four ingredients. Karan complains that this is an unfair task, as their house always has enough supplies. Seher insists that they must complete the challenge within 15 minutes. Param and Karan start cooking. Rajveer cheers them on.
Param gets nervous. Seher pushes him to hurry, reminding them they have only five minutes left. Karan prepares potato paneer fries, but Param struggles. Karan teases Param, saying he might be good in politics, but in the kitchen, he can only boil an egg. Everyone laughs. Param throws a knife in frustration. Karan scolds him, warning that it could hurt someone. They argue, but Rajveer and Kulwant intervene to calm them down.
Seher asks the kids to taste the food. Rajveer jokes that Seher’s brothers cook just like her. Seher playfully tells him to stay hungry, then announces that the next round will happen tomorrow. She hugs Rajveer.
Meanwhile, Harleen declares that she will get Param married to Devika no matter what Seher tries. Robbie asks about Khushi and her pride. Harleen says Khushi is after the wrong boy, and she will not let him return to her life because it would ruin her. She also mentions a child.
Khushi’s friend complains to her, saying that Khushi’s son pushed her son again. Khushi dismisses it, saying kids behave that way. The woman argues that her son only asked Khushi’s son where his father is.
Later, Seher reflects on the day and says she is relieved everything is fine. Rajveer, however, notices her injured hand and applies cream to it. He asks why she hurt herself. Seher says it will heal.
Elsewhere, Khushi gets angry and suffocates a girl while forcing her to apologize to her son. She warns her to never say such things again and tells her son, Diljit, to give a high five. As they leave, Diljit asks when they will search for his father. Khushi promises they will do it soon.
Seher asks Rajveer if there was ever another girl in his life before her. He denies it. In her heart, Seher recalls meeting someone for just one night, which changed her life. She feels happy because that night gave her the greatest gift—her child. She apologizes for not knowing where he is but admits she misses him and does not want to forget his face. She remembers dancing with him at a club and acknowledges that he will never return to their lives.
Rajveer reassures Seher, saying she will always be there for him, and their family will grow from two to three and then three to four. Seher says two to three is enough.
Seher visits Guru ji and asks what she has to do today. He instructs her to peel seeds and find eight purple ones. She confidently agrees, but Guru ji reveals there are many sacks to go through. He reminds her that this land belongs to their mothers, and they never give it back. He tells her to serve the land to restore Rajveer’s eyesight. Seher accepts the challenge.
Seher brings the sacks home. Rajveer asks what Guru ji asked her to do. She avoids the question and suggests they eat breakfast. Rajveer insists on knowing about the sacks. Seher explains that Guru ji wants her to peel all the seeds and find eight purple ones.
Rajveer wonders how she will manage with the event, but Seher assures him she will handle everything. Rajveer offers to help. They sit together, peeling the seeds. Rajveer jokes that since he cannot see the colors, she should tell him if a purple seed appears. Seher teases him about knowing when she is looking at him. Rajveer reminds her that she once said love sees through the heart.
Seher checks on the event preparations but worries that she has not found a single purple seed yet. As they keep peeling, she gets hurt. Rajveer tells her to stop, saying he does not want her to suffer. Seher refuses to give up. Rajveer hugs her and promises to go through the seeds one by one. Seher calls the whole family to help. Ginni asks how this will help.
Seher says she does not know, but Guru ji promised to help Rajveer only after completing this task. Bitu makes Rajveer promise that he will not call him fat once he regains his vision. Rana jokes that they will watch Charlie Chaplin movies because Rajveer might be tired of hearing everyone’s voices. Kulwant urges them to hurry, as they still need to prepare for the event. Jeeto suggests that Seher and Rajveer oversee the event while the rest of them complete the task.
Harleen welcomes the Rathore family, along with other guests. Devika looks at Param and smiles. Rajveer comments that Punjabis love food and fashion. Seher adds that they dress up for their Jutts. She compliments the girls and announces that Param and Karan will select the best dress and jewelry for their future wives.
When the jewelry arrives, Seher asks Rajveer to manage things while she checks inside. Rajveer jokes that with so many pretty girls around, why would he have trouble? Seher playfully tells him to be quiet. Meanwhile, Param and Karan choose the same jewelry piece. Karan insists that it matches the dress he selected, but Param disagrees and criticizes his fashion sense. Karan wonders where Seher is.
Seher continues peeling the seeds, frustrated that she has not found a purple one. Kulwant tells Bitu and Rana to use their hands properly. She reassures Seher that they will find the seeds. Kulwant reminds her that her family always stands by her. Seher hopes everything turns out well.
Karan asks Rajveer where Seher is, as he does not know much about what girls like. Rajveer offers to help, saying that Seher has trained him well. He advises Karan to choose the dress based on the event and match it with the eyes. Karan thanks him, now understanding what to do. Rajveer tells him to get ready, as Seher is coming.
Kulwant notices Seher’s injured hands and expresses concern. Seher insists she is fine. Ginni suggests that she go outside to help Karan and Param. Rana informs her that they have not found any purple seeds yet. Seher remains hopeful, saying Guru ji would not lie. Rana reassures her that they will find them, urging her to focus on the event.
