Param, in distress, meets with someone named Param, likely a typo. The police take him away, and he pleads for them not to take his father. Later, he wakes up, and Harleen reassures him that his father will return soon. Param is troubled by rumors that his father killed Meher, but Harleen assures him that his father is innocent and promises to find his missing mother.
