Sarab arrives at a building, and Meher suspects that he might be deceiving her. He meets a girl named Sanjana, leaving Meher in astonishment. They shake hands, and Meher follows them discreetly.
She is concerned that Sarab may think she's following him, so she sits at a distance. Sarab and Sanjana sit at another table, order coffee, and Meher eavesdrops on their conversation. Sarab wonders if Meher suspects anything, and Sanjana reassures him, saying she ended the call before Meher could ask questions.
Sarab expresses concern about Meher's condition, and Sanjana assures him that Meher won't find out. Meher becomes suspicious about what Sarab is hiding.
Sarab gives Sanjana money, emphasizing not to hesitate about it, and pleads with her not to tell anyone just yet. Meher is left wondering if someone is blackmailing Sarab, and he's keeping it a secret from her.
In another scene, Jagga, Amrita, Yuvi, Jitto, and others reveal that they were pretending to leave to teach Kulwant a lesson. They planned this to make her realize the value of family. They reassure Kulwant of their love and devotion.
As Sarab heads upstairs with Sanjana, Meher continues to follow them.
Kulwant goes on a speaking fast, writing that she won't eat or speak to find her peace and happiness, allowing others to witness her suffering.
Meher seeks assistance from her friend Dimple, who works at the building, and they discuss her next steps.
Harleen shows affection to Param, causing him to wonder about her unusual behavior.
Sarab expresses his gratitude to the donor for their help, while Sanjana mentions that certain tests need to be conducted before anything can be determined.
Sanjana informs Sarab that the test results didn't match. Sarab is taken aback and tears fill his eyes. He sits down and Sanjana tells the potential donor that their blood doesn't match, so they can't donate their liver. Sarab is desperate, but Sanjana asks him to stay calm.
Dimple asks Meher if Sarab is having an affair, but Meher firmly denies it, expressing her trust in him. She believes Sanjana is blackmailing him and that he didn't reveal it due to her medical condition. Dimple offers to give her Sanjana's number.
Meher, Harleen, and the family members undergo tests for liver donation. During this time, Param shares his desire to help others like his papa does. Harleen reassures him but doesn't let him donate blood as he's a child. He consoles Harleen, showing his love for her.
Param calls Meher to inform her about Harleen's blood donation. Meher is surprised and asks Dimple to watch over things as she has to return home. Meanwhile, Sanjana informs Sarab that they've found two more potential donors.
At home, Param pretends to faint as part of a game, causing worry and distress. Meher and Harleen are deeply concerned, but it turns out to be a prank. Harleen scolds the kids, and Meher consoles Khushi, telling her that kids play such games.
Amidst the turmoil of finding a donor for Param, Sarab is distraught and receives a call from Harleen, who shares that they've had their blood tests done, giving Sarab a glimmer of hope. Meher finds herbal medicine in Param's room, which prompts her to wonder why Sarab lied and why Harleen was so emotional.
