Sarab arranged fake reports for Param. Meher expresses relief, believing that the fake reports indicate no health concerns for their son. Sarab reassures her that everything is fine and that Param will only consume healthy food moving forward.
He suggests they organize a langar (community meal) on Sunday. Meher hugs Param while Sarab looks on. The doctor had advised Sarab not to give Meher any stress during her pregnancy.
In another scene, Jagga expresses his concerns to Amrita about the family's happiness and harmony disappearing from the house. Kulwant suggests that she will make Bitu apologize to Amrita and urges her not to leave.
However, Jagga appears determined to leave the house with his family, including Yuvi, who insists they won't abandon his dadi (grandmother). Amrita sends Yuvi to sleep and Jagga states that they have already finalized a new, smaller house.
Harleen and Dolly discuss Meher's tendency to create drama over minor issues. Harleen suggests that Meher and Meher's mother share this trait, and she points out the recent incident with Param's health.
Sarab intervenes, takes Harleen's hand, and steps aside to show her the actual reports, revealing the tumor in Param's liver. Harleen is shocked and starts crying, along with Dolly. Sarab shares his concern and asks them not to reveal the truth to Meher to prevent further stress during her pregnancy.
Meher arrives, and Sarab and Harleen quickly wipe away their tears. They discuss dinner plans in the lawn. Meher inquires about the misplaced reports but Harleen offers an excuse. Sarab remains emotional and looks at Param, then recalls his conversation with the doctor. Harleen tries to console Sarab without revealing the truth.
Meanwhile, Param is asleep, and Sarab contemplates the doctor's words. Harleen mentions speaking to a doctor in the US, but Sarab is determined to find the best treatment for Param in India. They discuss getting tested to match as donors. Harleen comes up with a plan to send Meher out while they get tested.
In the next scene, Param gets ready for the day, but Sarab's phone rings. Meher tells him it's impolite to answer someone else's phone. When Meher checks the call, she finds it's the doctor.
After the call, she tells Sarab that someone named Sanjina claimed to have found a donor. Sarab hides the real reason and says it's for an employee's daughter, which Meher finds understandable due to kids' sensitivity.
Later, Param complains about not feeling well. He mentions vomiting and says he has a match to play. Meher and Sarab react, and Meher asks Param if he vomited from his nose. Sarab reassures Param but suggests he should stay home for now, considering the earlier dehydration incident.
Harleen asks Meher to help her move items to a locker and hints at her back pain. Meher agrees, and Harleen mentions that Param and Meher should help with it. Meher decides to surprise Sarab and calls him.
However, she spots Sarab's car on the road and decides to follow him, suspecting that he might have lied about being in a meeting.
