Seema expresses hope that everything works out. Sarab playfully tells Meher that she looks good in tension, but Meher insists his focus should be elsewhere. Param calls Mama and Papa to witness something.
Vikram is on his knees, asking for forgiveness. He promises to say sorry every day and night, professing his love. He proposes to Aditi, and she gives him her hand. Harleen hugs Aditi, and Vikram urges them to give her the ring before she gets mad again.
Aditi receives the ring from Seema and makes Vikram wear it. Sarab also has a ring, prompting Harleen to ask whose ring it is. Sarab smiles and remarks that Guddi's connection is made from the heart. Meher, being a doctor, adds that she knows veins and their connections to the heart.
Sarab claims no one knows about the heart better than him, and Meher playfully challenges him to prove it given the chance. They share a moment, and everyone applauds. Seema expresses gratitude that Aditi and Vikram got engaged at the right time, and they leave.
Sarab approaches Meher, thinking he needs to express what's in his heart. Meher compliments his choice of ring, and Sarab reveals he liked another ring, showing it to her. Meher asks why two rings, and Sarab explains that one isn't more beautiful than her.
He gets on his knees and proposes to her, giving her a ring. Meher realizes she didn't make him wear anything, so she tears her dupatta and ties it around his hand. Param interrupts, announcing that an aunt and uncle came to meet them.
In another scene, an ACP and a representative from Serbia inform Sarab about a summons for Meher. She's accused of physically assaulting a policeman in Serbia, and there's a case filed against her. Sarab is shocked, and the ACP states they have to take her into custody.
Sarab pleads for time, but they emphasize it's a diplomatic matter. Meher arrives, questioning who the woman was, and Sarab dismissively says she came for some work. Meher presses him, and he reveals the situation, promising to handle it. Harleen checks in on Meher, who is concerned about Sarab's mysterious behavior. In their room, Sarab contacts his men to arrange a lawyer.
Meher confronts him, and Sarab discloses the Serbia situation, assuring her that he won't let anything happen to her. They decide to go to Serbia together, but Meher insists on taking the kids. Param, worried about being left alone, makes them promise never to leave him alone.
Meher wonders how they'll manage in four days, and Param questions what will happen in that time. Aditi enters with Karan, stating he's crying and can't stay without them. Param asks Mama to make them both sleep.
Vikram recalls his insult and expresses frustration to his officers, questioning the need for them if he has to check all the files himself. He addresses Mr. and Mrs.
Gill, stating he will solve Manav's case in the next two days, revealing all secrets. His officer informs him that they have posted Manav's picture on all streets, and Vikram acknowledges it's unofficial. He promises to reward the person who provides information.
Seema calls Vikram to remind him about his haldi ceremony, but he prioritizes his duty, assuring he'll be there in a couple of hours. Despite Seema's insistence, Vikram continues with his work, even encountering public reactions as he pastes his own papers.
Seema expresses concern to Surya about not knowing who got Vikram transferred and wonders when he will return. Surya, harboring his own secret involvement, hopes no one finds out about his role in the transfer.
