Sarab is distressed as the doctor explains the complications arising from the baby's change in position.


Aditi, introducing herself to Sarab, asserts her expertise and urgency. Dr. Payal expresses concern over Meher's medical history, but Aditi remains focused on the immediate task. Param believes Aditi is a divine intervention. Sarab, desperate, signs necessary papers. Aditi takes charge, assuring she'll handle the rest.


In the operation room, Aditi begins Meher's surgery. Prayers echo as Aditi administers injections and attempts resuscitation. Tension peaks as the baby shows no signs of life.
