Harleen says, "Lalita, handle the baby." Sarab calls Aditi and informs her, "Meher fainted." Aditi questions, "Did she go out?" Sarab replies, "Yes, but she didn't eat anything from outside." Aditi criticizes, "How can you send her outside?" She instructs, "Give the phone to Lalita."
Aditi blames Sarab for irresponsible behavior, and Lalita is instructed to give Meher an injection. After receiving the injection, Meher starts moving. Sarab exclaims, "Meher is moving. You're a God to us." Param cries in relief, saying, "Meher mama, you're conscious." Sarab holds her hand, reminiscing about their moments together.
In another scene, Jeeto mentions, "She ate all the sweets." Amrita expresses concern, stating, "She isn't even scared of you. Yuvi is being spoiled because of her." Jeeto adds, "Someone is knocking."
Kulwant says, "I can hear." The police arrive with Bitu, and the inspector reveals that Bitu hit someone, and the boy's family is asking for compensation. Kulwant advises on avoiding cases by only slapping without causing bleeding. Ginni comments, "All good," and the inspector agrees.
Sarab tries to get Meher to eat, saying, "Open your mouth. Eat it." Param intervenes, defending Meher and complaining that Sarab scolded him. Harleen takes Param away, expressing concern. Robbie informs Harleen about stealing Lalita's phone and emphasizes returning it promptly to avoid it being considered theft.
Kulwant and Amrita discuss missing Jagga, who is stuck due to lockdown. Yuvi expresses his desire for a new mom who can make samosas for him. Meher calls Aditi to thank her, and Aditi declines an invitation to the namkaran due to appointments.
Sarab surprises Meher with a new cot, but Param believes it's his gift. Meher suggests using it for the baby, leading to a playful discussion about where everyone will sleep. As they plan, the baby starts crying, and Param wonders why.
Harleen and Robbie approach Lalita. Harleen queries, "What's your full name?" Lalita responds, "Lalita Sharma. Why?" Robbie questions, "Then why were you saying Varaknamata on the phone?" Harleen explains, "That's used in the south." Meher invites Lalita to dinner, but Lalita declines, saying, "Thanks, ma'am. I will eat later." Meher insists, "We all eat together." Lalita shares, "I became Lalita Sharma after marriage." Everyone sits down for dinner.
Harleen expresses concern for Meher's well-being, saying, "Eat well." Meher responds, "I feel good, thanks to Dr. Aditi." Sarab mentions inviting Aditi to the naamkaran, and Harleen discusses social distancing. Sarab insists, "No one is even coming from Atari. We will go there.
Only Aditi." Sarab declares that aunts decide the names, and Harleen remarks, "I am not interested in naming anyone." Param asks Meher, "Mama, who named me?" Sarab reveals, "Harleen bua." Param suggests, "Bua, when you gave me my name, why not chotu baby? You are his aunt as well." Sarab redirects, "Param, eat your food." Param complains, "Papa is being rude to me a lot these days."
Aditi looks at old photos, including one labeled 'maa.' Meemsi appears, and Aditi questions, "Who is here? I asked you never to come in this room." Meemsi claims, "I didn't enter. Lalita called. She said Harleen knows, maybe Sarab isn't that baby's child. She said no to naming the baby."
Param searches for Khushi and finds her doll in the dustbin. He asks Harleen, "Where is Khushi?" Harleen responds, "It's late, so she slept." Param says, "Her doll was in the dustbin outside." Harleen explains, "See, she threw it out because she got a new one." Robbie adds, "So what? She got a new one, so she threw out the older one."
Harleen suggests, "But you can't forget the older things when you have new." Robbie argues, "New things become your favorite." Param questions, "People get bored of old dolls?" Robbie claims, "Like your mama and papa are bored of you after they have a new baby."
Harleen reassures, "You are our special baby. Mama papa love you and get you a gift every week." Param recalls the cot but says, "I didn't get anything. The cot was for the baby as well." Harleen promises, "Don't worry, I am here. I will get you gifts." Param leaves.
Meher acknowledges that sibling rivalry is common and expresses concern for Param not feeling neglected. Sarab agrees, and Meher decides, "Now everything will be two in this house." Sarab accepts, and something goes in Meher's eyes. Sarab cleans her eye, and their theme song plays.
Sarab tucks a strand of her hair behind her ear, saying, "These strands look like a moon's shadow." Meher comments, "Nice poetry." Sarab admits, "It's mine." Meher suggests, "You never told me you write poetry." Sarab responds, "What will I get if you like it?" Meher teases, "A big thumb," and runs away.
