Robbie observes Harleen asleep on the couch while Karan cries. He wakes Harleen up, and she expresses relief that he has come. Robbie points out that she is Karan's bua, and they check on the crying baby.
Harleen notes that he's hungry, and they decide to give him milk. Robbie mentions that Karan has a high fever, and Harleen, concerned, decides to call a doctor.
While Robbie contacts the doctor, the manager calls Harleen about Meher's delayed flight and warns that she could face imprisonment if she is late for the hearing.
In another scene, Manav runs on the road, pursued by Kulwant. She is about to attack him when Surya hits her with his car, intervening to protect Manav.
Surya confronts them, locks Bitu, Rana, and Kulwant in the car, and calls the police. He instructs Vicky to remove their masks, revealing their identities. Surya acknowledges that he knows Vicky isn't his son and that he is actually Manav Sharma.
Meanwhile, Meher and Sarab, at the airport, reflect on Param's maturity. Sarab credits Meher for it, recalling how shy Param used to be.
Meher expresses concern about who will handle Karan. Sarab suggests video calling Harleen, but Meher mentions no signals as they prepare to board.
Back at Harleen's place, the doctor checks Karan and prescribes medicine for his fever. Harleen worries about his condition, and Robbie suggests an idea to alleviate their concerns.
Kulwant questions why Surya is touching Manav's feet, sensing something significant. Bitu and Rana attempt to break the door, but the police arrive.
Manav instructs the police to arrest them, shocking everyone. When asked about the crime, Manav looks at Kulwant and utters "murder." The inspector inquires whose murder, and Manav directs his gaze at Kulwant again.

He emphasizes it as an order. Aditi calls Surya, who assures her not to worry and mentions that Vikram is with him for a security meeting. They plan to return soon, and Surya tells Vikram that his mom is waiting.
Kulwant identifies Manav, stating he's back for revenge and planning something significant. Amrita and Jagga visit to meet Karan.
Harleen apologizes for troubling them, explaining her concern for Karan's health.

Jagga and Amrita leave, and Amrita senses Jagga's worry. He recalls Meher's explanation about the Serbia case and her plea to take care of Karan. Jagga reassures Amrita that he and her uncle are there for the kids.
Manav returns home, greeted by Seema and Aditi. They express relief and concern for his well-being. Seema performs his arti, removing the evil eye and professing her love and worry. Manav assures them he's fine and rests in his room.
Aditi wonders how Manav found her when he was lost. Rana questions whether he will send them to jail, and Kulwant reflects on the incident with Surya. Meher suggests to Sarab that they rest in a room booked by Tarkash.
Sarab expresses the hope that peace will come when Meher is no longer involved in the case. They decide to call Aditi, who video calls them. Unexpectedly, Manav takes the phone and addresses Meher, surprising everyone.
