In the hospital, some transgenders visit a man and announce the birth of a boy, offering congratulations.
Manav apologizes to Karan, expressing regret for not recognizing him earlier and promising to never leave him again. Overwhelmed with emotion, he declares his intent to reunite with Karan. He cries and leaves the room.
Param shows Karan a card he made for their father, expressing wishes for his recovery and calling him the world's best dad. Karan cries, and Param reassures him, adding Karan's name to the card.
