In this episode, Param feels anxious about whether Mehar knows it's his birthday or not. He confides in Sarab and expresses his wish for Mehar to wish him first.The next day, everyone at home wishes Param a Happy Birthday, and Momsi inquires about Mehar's absence. Sarab informs everyone that Mehar is unwell to clear any doubts. Despite this, Param visits Mehar, and all the house-help wish him on his special day. Mehar feeds him prasad, but Sarab reminds her of the promise not to wish Param until he himself discloses his birthday to her. Mehar and Param both wish that they could be open and honest with each other.
Meanwhile, at Kulwant's house, preparations are underway for Param's birthday celebration. Yuvi adopts the role of a villain, and Bhabhi scolds him for his mischievous actions, while Kulwant supports Yuvi.
Param becomes upset when he receives a dress of the wrong size from Sarab. Preeti suggests that he gets ready with Mehar's help. Mehar helps Param get ready, and he becomes happy as he receives the outfit he desired. However, when Mehar asks about the occasion, Param hesitates, remembering Sarab's condition to test her memory about his birthday.
Later, as Param's friends arrive, Mehar feels sad about Param's situation, but Sarab manipulates her emotions. During the party, Mehar asks for a drink and raises a toast. Sarab becomes doubtful and switches his glass with Mehar's, and they both cheer for Param's birthday and long life. Sarab then asks Mehar to rest as she is not feeling well.
The guests inquire about Mehar and the children arrive dressed as different superheroes. They give birthday wishes to Param, but he remains somewhat sad. Sarab tries to cheer him up, but Param's stomach aches, and he rushes to the washroom. There, he meets Mehar, and they engage in a cute nok jhok (friendly banter). Sarab realizes that Mehar's glass had stomach upset medicine, causing his discomfort.
Outside, a blindfolded mother-children game starts, and Param gets upset when Preeti insists he plays without Mehar. Mehar eventually joins the game, and Param and Mehar recognize each other while playing and emerge as winners.
Yuvi becomes upset that Bhabhi recognized someone else, though she tries to calm him down. Later, Mehar wishes a long life and happiness for Param, and they all dance on the song "Chanda Chamke Cham Cham."
Dolly scolds Mehar for coming late to the party, but Param covers for her. Mehar suggests that they invite Param's favorite superhero, and the children get excited when they see the superhero. Param takes Mehar's hand and asks the superhero to reveal Mehar's heart's wish, which turns out to be wishing Param a Happy Birthday. Everyone is overjoyed.
Sarab arrives and becomes angry witnessing Mehar and Param bonding. Param thanks Mehar for remembering his birthday and kisses her.
Later, Sarab confronts Mehar for breaking the promise, though she tries to explain, he doesn't listen properly.
Meanwhile, the event manager plans a treasure hunt with various clues. Rovi goes to Mehar's room to steal money. Mehar, Sarab, and Param try to solve the clues, but Sarab's upset stomach hinders his participation. Nevertheless, Param and Mehar follow the clues and find themselves in Param's bedroom, where they discover the next clue leading them towards Mehar's room.
