Choti Sarrdaarni Written Update for Tuesday, 18 March 2025
The episode begins with Harleen visiting Prince while he does his homework. She asks him to finish it quickly so they can go for Holika Dahan.
Prince struggles and says he cannot do it. Harleen insists that it is easy and asks him to solve the addition problems. Prince tries but fails. Harleen scolds him for not understanding.
Prince feels upset and goes to Seher, asking if she is feeling unwell. Seher assures him that she will recover in a few days. She then asks if he is doing his homework. Prince tells her that he failed to complete it and that Harleen scolded him. He requests her to teach him.
Seher agrees but suggests they play a game first. She teaches him addition and subtraction using buttons. Prince quickly understands and says it is easy. He happily decides to do his homework with her. Harleen, seeing this, feels upset and decides to take action during Holika Dahan.
Later, Prince throws his clothes out of the cupboard, thinking none of them look good. Seher and Rajveer enter the room and see the mess. Seher asks why his clothes are scattered. Prince complains that he has no new clothes and asks what he will wear.
Seher shows him a new outfit she bought for him as a gift. Prince looks at it and excitedly says it is cool. He thanks Seher, and she tells him he will look super cool in it. Prince asks her to help him get ready, and Seher agrees.
All family members gather and notice that Rajveer and Prince are wearing matching clothes. Harleen comments that Prince likes surprises. Prince happily runs to Rajveer and hugs him. Harleen then apologizes and says she has a special gift for him. She prepares to show something on the projector, saying he will like it.
Prince watches and sees a boarding school on the screen. Confused, he asks if everyone is going. Harleen replies that only he will go. Shocked, Prince refuses and tells Rajveer that he wants to stay with the family.
Seher tries to calm him down. Karan reassures him that his uncles (Mamas) will not let him go. Harleen picks Prince up and insists that he listen to her. Prince runs to Seher, clings to her, and refuses to leave her and Rajveer. He cries, saying he does not want to go.
Dolly questions Harleen about forcing the child. Harleen, feeling alone, says that no one belongs to her—not even Param or Robby. She claims that Prince is all she has, and only she has the right to decide for him.
Prince holds Seher’s hand tightly. Harleen demands that he let go. Seeing him hurt, Seher cannot bear it and lets go of his hand, telling Harleen to take him. Harleen drags Prince away while Seher watches, feeling helpless.
Kulwant warns Harleen not to drag the child into their fights. Seher, desperate, tells Harleen that she will stop trying to be Prince’s mother if that is the problem. She pleads with her not to send him to boarding school, saying he needs his father Rajveer and cannot live without him. Seher promises to step back from being his mother but begs Harleen to let him stay with the family.
Harleen asks Seher if she is certain she will not claim any rights over Prince, will not try to be his mother, and will remain only his Maasi (aunt). Seher confirms her decision, saying Prince’s happiness matters most to her.
Harleen agrees but says she will test Seher first. She decides that Seher will stay in the Mansion, while Rajveer stays with Prince. From now on, she will make all decisions regarding Prince.
Rajveer tells Seher that she has seen how attached Prince is to her. Seher replies that at least he will stay with Rajveer and the rest of the family, which is enough for her.
Kulwant overhears and says that Seher is truly Prince’s mother because a real mother sacrifices everything for her child’s happiness. She prays that a certain girl (Mannat) does not suffer because of past karma.
Meanwhile, Mannat talks about karma. She tells a sweet shop vendor not to cheat and asks him to add extra laddoos.
Seher prepares Gujiya and hopes it tastes good. Mami reminds her that she had promised to make it with Prince. Seher says she is happy that Prince likes it.
Later at night, Prince wakes up and looks for Seher. He goes to Rajveer and says Seher promised to make Gujiya with him. Rajveer notices Seher signaling him not to tell the truth.
Prince searches for Seher and insists they have to make Gujiya together. Seher hides from him. Rajveer distracts him by suggesting they play Ludo with Gullo. Mami tells them to go. Seher, hiding, feels guilty. She secretly makes Gujiya for Prince.
As Prince plays Ludo with Rajveer, he smells the Gujiya and realizes Seher is making them. Excited, he jumps off the bed. Rajveer and Karan try to stop him, but Prince runs towards the kitchen. Seher hears him coming.
Prince searches for Seher. Rajveer offers him Gujiya, but Prince looks sad. Rajveer asks why he is not eating his favorite sweet. Prince replies that he is upset with Seher for making them alone and disappearing.
Rajveer reassures him that Seher will return and encourages him to eat. Karan also urges him to try the Gujiya and tell them how it tastes. Rajveer pretends to take a bite, saying if Prince does not eat it, he will have to. Prince quickly stops them, saying Seher made it for him, so he will eat it.
Rajveer asks if he is still angry with Seher. Prince says he wants to talk to her. Seher overhears and remembers her promise to Harleen.
Later, Kulwant wonders where Seher is, as the family is about to start the Holika Dahan celebrations. Prince arrives with Rajveer. Harleen announces that she will not send Prince to boarding school.
Prince excitedly asks if he can stay with both Daddy and Seher. Harleen replies that he can stay with everyone.
During the celebration, people dance to the beats of the dhol. Prince searches for Seher and finally sees her coming. Harleen holds his hand and dances with him.
Seher decides to keep her distance and goes to check on the food arrangements. Prince approaches her and asks why she did not feed him Gujiya after making them for him. Seher tells him to go away.
As she walks, her dupatta falls over Prince, covering him. He follows her blindly, completely wrapped in the cloth.
Seher serves drinks to guests while they laugh at Prince walking around tangled in her dupatta. Seher, overcome with emotion, hugs Prince. Everyone watches, while Harleen becomes furious. She pulls Prince away from Seher and tries to take him with her. However, Prince refuses and holds onto Seher’s dupatta. As Harleen forcefully drags him, his kurta button breaks. Seher picks it up, feeling emotional.
Kulwant decides to speak to Harleen. She tells Harleen that she regrets many of her past decisions. She explains that Prince needs both Rajveer and Seher. Harleen argues that since Prince never called Seher “Mamma,” she will not accept her as his mother.
Kulwant reminds her that God has already taken away Prince’s mother and Seher’s baby. She believes Seher is paying for her past mistakes.
Meanwhile, Mannat prepares parathas for Beeji, who blesses her. Mannat wishes for a chance to meet her family.
At home, Param tells Kulwant that he has been waiting for this day and plans to expand their business. Harleen assures him that the whole family supports him. Karan feels sad.
Param says Karan will have to manage things in his absence since Seher is there to support him. He announces that he cannot stay longer and must leave immediately after Holi. He jokes that Karan will bore him with video calls. A flashback of their childhood moments plays.
