Choti Sarrdaarni Written Update for Thursday, 10 April 2025
Kulwant runs on the road, emotional after realizing that Mannat is her granddaughter. She recalls Mannat’s words. At the Gurudwara, the priest asks Seher about Kulwant and reminds her that the Ardaas time has come.
Seher says she doesn’t know where Kulwant went. Kulwant smiles and continues running. Seher offers to go find her, but Mami insists she stays for the prayer, which is for her. Seher tells Rajveer that they always supported each other through tough times. The priest begins the prayer.
Kulwant reaches home. Mannat prepares to attend the prayer meet but stops when she sees Kulwant’s bleeding feet. She cares for her, cleans the wounds, and bandages her. She insists they visit the doctor. Kulwant gets emotional and reveals that she is her grandmother. Mannat is shocked. She drops the glass and looks on with teary eyes.
Kulwant notices the birthmark on Mannat’s palm and kisses it. They both cry and hug. Mannat finally calls her “Dadi.” Kulwant regrets keeping her away and apologizes, saying she never got the chance to apologize to Mannat’s mother, Harnoor, and now bears the burden of guilt.
She promises to take Mannat home, give her the respect she deserves, and never let her go again. Mannat says she always dreamt of being with her family and having a loving grandmother. She feels happy and reassures Kulwant she isn’t upset.
Zoravar thinks about Mannat’s words regarding the women’s discomfort with machines. Dolly asks him what’s wrong. Robby and Harleen prepare to leave for the US. Harleen says she wants to meet Khushi and tells Zoravar that he now has to manage the house and business. Zoravar agrees and promises to handle everything. Harleen also hopes to see him married soon.
Mannat tells Kulwant she can’t come home because when she saw her father with Jeeto aunty and their son, she realized she doesn’t want to disrupt their lives. Though she wants to be with her family, she believes they are already complete and happy. Kulwant tells her the family is complete only with her. Mannat starts thinking.
Seher looks at Rajveer and smiles. Jeetu begins arranging the langar. Kulwant returns and tells Seher she wants them to talk, but Seher is busy and walks away. Kulwant thinks she has already found her Mannat.
Zoravar tells Kiara to see a doctor for her neck pain, but she refuses. He massages her neck. Dolly brings news about an invitation to Simrit Kaur Randhawa’s anniversary, but Zoravar refuses to attend, citing bad memories with his father. He says the factory inauguration is on 14th May and invites everyone there instead. Scarlet feels ignored due to Kiara’s presence.
Jeetu sees a crow on the railing. Kulwant tells her to let it be, hinting someone is about to arrive. Mannat comes home with her bag. Her father asks where she went. Kulwant says she will stay with them as a tenant in the upstairs room. Everyone welcomes her. Jeetu says Mannat is an orphan and will be happy with them. Kulwant recalls asking Mannat to win everyone’s hearts. Mannat asks what they’ll tell others, and Kulwant says she’ll handle it. In the present, Kulwant smiles.
Seher packs Prince’s books. Rajveer comes in. Seher promises to manage all her relationships better. Rajveer says their relationship needs more intensity and commitment. Seher hugs him and promises to try. Kulwant overhears and thinks she can’t tell Seher anything yet.
Zoravar’s assistant says the workers are still unhappy about the machines. Zoravar remembers Mannat’s words. Scarlet calls the workers stupid, but Kiara supports them. Zoravar agrees to meet with the workers. Dolly notices a messy kitchen.
Zoravar says he asked Scarlet for a sandwich. Dolly insists on bread pakoras. He jokes around, helps in the kitchen, and playfully smears batter on Kiara’s face. She accidentally smears it on Scarlet. Dolly says she looks nice when she smiles. Zoravar watches.
Mannat talks to her mother’s photo and says she is finally with her family. She wishes her mother was alive to see it. Kulwant joins her, dances with joy, and hugs her. She assures Mannat that this is her home. She recalls Harnoor’s pleas and regrets not apologizing. She asks Mannat to tell her mother that she’s taking care of her.
Mannat reveals that Harnoor told her about the family before she died. She also tells Kulwant how Scarlet and Zoravar insulted her and about the factory issue. Kulwant gets upset. Seher walks in and questions Kulwant for apologizing to Mannat. Mannat hides Harnoor’s photo and pretends to have pricked her finger with a pin.
Seher finds the situation odd. Kulwant sends her to make tea. Kulwant then assures Mannat that Zoravar isn’t a bad person, just closed off emotionally. She blames Scarlet and asks Mannat what she wants to eat.
Kulwant prepares tiffin for Mannat. Jeetu offers to make rajma chawal. She tells her to make anything but stop bothering her. The kids smell the laddoos. Kulwant gives the tiffin to Mannat, telling her not to share it. The kids find the empty pan and get suspicious.
Prince sees Mannat with the laddoos and complains. Kulwant then brings the tiffin and shares the sweets with everyone, saying she gave it to Mannat first since she met her earlier. Ginni tells Jeetu that Kulwant seems too affectionate toward Mannat. Jeetu says Mannat is an orphan.
Kulwant feels guilty for hiding the truth from Seher. Mannat says they will tell everyone at the right time.
Rajveer talks to Seher about Prince’s school. Seher says she planned a movie night. Rajveer jokes about the type of film. Seher describes a romantic movie. They hug.
Seher says they’re silly but love each other deeply. She says they are Sehraj and promises to balance their life better. Prince interrupts to find his book. Seher handles it and shows Rajveer their old videos together. She says their love remains just as strong even after becoming parents—and even future grandparents.
