🚓 Pari’s Trouble with the Police
Pari is in the police car, feeling distressed as she explains to the inspector, "I didn’t steal anything; I was just waiting for my husband." The inspector, skeptical, asks, "Where did your husband go then? He didn’t even pick you up. He must have run away." Pari insists that her husband might be in some trouble. The inspector, however, suggests that he may have left her for another woman, adding, "He must have had an affair."
Pari vehemently defends Rajeev, saying, "He’s not like that. He respects women a lot. I know you see bad people in your job, but my husband is not like that." The inspector, softening a little, responds, "I trust you; I know you are innocent. But people will take advantage of you if you're this nice." Pari replies with confidence, "No, my father taught me to be so nice that you win people over."
💍 Neeti and Rajeev’s Engagement Celebration
Meanwhile, at the engagement party, Neeti and Rajeev are having a great time. The priest asks Neeti to place the ring on Rajeev’s finger, but Neeti jokes that she forgot the ring. Rajeev reassures her, saying, "I trust you."
Neeti then makes him wear the ring, and Rajeev reciprocates by placing the ring on her finger. He smiles and shows her another ring, explaining, "You wanted our relationship to be special, and I will fulfill my promise."
Rajeev, deeply sincere, vows, "I will never leave you. I will always be there for you. I promise no one will take your place in my life. I won’t have any other woman in my life." He kisses her hand and hugs her tightly, and Neeti smiles as he kisses her forehead. Their friends congratulate them as they celebrate.
🕺 Rajeev Dancing Away
As the celebration continues, Rajeev steps outside to join the crowd and dances with his friends. Meanwhile, Pari is still in the police car, passing by the venue. She tries calling Rajeev but he doesn’t answer. She asks the inspector, "Please call my husband," but her calls go unanswered.
The inspector advises, "Never trust people blindly. If you keep trusting your husband like this, he will hurt you one day. He will leave you when you need him the most."
📞 Vicky and Gurpreet’s Conversation
Back at home, Beeji calls Vicky to assure him that Pari is happy. She tells him, "I didn’t want to worry you, but you should tell Gurpreet how happy Pari is." Vicky reassures her, "Don’t worry, Pari is happy with her in-laws.
Rajeev took her to his friend’s engagement, so they must be having fun. I’m coming back soon." Gurpreet, still concerned, says, "Okay, I’ll make halwa for you." Vicky laughs and says, "I’ll miss Pari’s halwa." Gurpreet, her voice tinged with sadness, says, "We’re all missing her."
💥 Trouble Outside the Engagement Venue
Outside the engagement venue, a firecracker goes off, causing the police car’s tire to burst. The inspector, now in a bad mood, orders his officer to go inside and arrest the groom for the disturbance. The officer enters the venue and asks Neeti to bring the groom outside. Neeti leaves to find Rajeev.
🔥 Mandeep’s Anger and Harman’s Warning
Inside, Mandeep fumes at Vicky’s attitude, saying, "Vicky hates me now." Harman, sharp and direct, tells her, "It’s your fault. You do things that make everyone hate you."
Mandeep responds defensively, "You never respected me like Gurpreet’s husband did. He never taught you how to respect your wife!" Harman, losing patience, warns, "If you keep this up, you’ll be all alone. You should respect this family, but you never do. You’re lucky I’m not taking action against you. Pari is important to me, so be careful. Don’t take my patience for granted."
Mandeep, bitter, mutters, "I pray that Pari’s husband hates her just like my husband hates me."
🚗 The Man Who Steps In to Help
Outside, a man approaches the inspector and apologizes, "I’m sorry, today is my engagement, and we were all excited. We did all this without thinking." He reassures the inspector, "I love my fiancée very much, and I’m sorry for what happened. I’ll help fix this." The inspector, still upset, says, "Just focus on your job."
As the man changes the tire, he asks Pari her name, but she avoids answering. The inspector scolds the man, "Stop talking too much. We’ll arrest you now."
