Seher and Rajveer visit the hospital. Seher feels relieved that Harshdeep didn’t accompany them. A nurse informs them about an artificial insemination test, which surprises them. Just then, Harshdeep arrives and overhears. She questions them, furious about the situation.
Harshdeep demands an explanation, and the nurse clarifies it was a misunderstanding—the artificial insemination procedure was meant for another patient, not Seher. Seher and Rajveer explain they were there for a vitamin test, and Harshdeep apologizes. However, she warns Dr. Gaitri to ensure no mistakes happen again, threatening her career if she hides anything.
Later, Rajveer reassures Seher about her health, telling her to avoid coffee and follow a healthy diet. When Seher teases him about experiencing pregnancy challenges, Rajveer pretends to act like a pregnant woman, making Seher laugh. He then dances with her romantically, leaving Seher conflicted about her feelings for him.
Meanwhile, Param, Karan, and Anurita plan to keep an eye on Harshdeep. They decide that Badi B will stay in Harshdeep’s house to monitor her actions.
Harshdeep agrees to let Badi B stay, but Ramila warns her not to interfere. Despite Ramila's resistance, Badi B bonds with Seher and encourages her to stay strong, reminding her of her late parents’ love and unity.
The next morning, Rajveer surprises Seher by decorating her room with flower petals, making her feel special.
When Seher jokingly warns him not to pamper her too much or she might fall in love with him, they share an awkward but sweet moment. Rajveer reassures Seher that they will always be together for their child, even if they lack romantic love.
Ramila discovers a book on artificial insemination in Seher and Rajveer’s room and tries to use it as evidence against them, but Harshdeep dismisses it as insufficient proof.
Meanwhile, Rajveer and Seher plant a tree together, cherishing their growing bond. Dr. Gaitri calls to schedule further tests, raising Ramila’s suspicions.
Anurita, Param, and Karan ask Badi B if Seher is under pressure. Badi B assures them Seher made the decision willingly but reveals Harshdeep’s possessiveness over the unborn child. She plans to provoke Harshdeep to reveal her true intentions.
Harshdeep prepares laddus for Seher and eagerly awaits the baby’s arrival. When Badi B mentions the bond between a mother and child, Harshdeep declares that the baby will be hers alone after birth.
Seher overhears and confronts Harshdeep. She firmly states that while she agreed to help out of compassion, she will not give up her rights as the mother.
Seher explains that she cannot bear to be separated from her child or let the baby feel like an orphan despite having both parents. She apologizes but stands firm, refusing to give away her child. Harshdeep is left stunned.
