Dida Goes to Dr. Gaitiri
The shopkeeper tells Seher they have everything a mother needs because nothing is more important to a mother than her child. Seher recalls Gaitri’s words about not being able to give up on her child. Seher thinks to herself that she is doing all of this for Dida.
A little boy runs to Seher, hugging her and calling her "Mama." His father arrives and explains that his mother has passed away, leaving the child emotional. The boy cries and pleads to stay with his "Mama."
At home, Badi Bi arrives and asks about Seher. Ramila informs her that Seher is out. Badi Bi says she brought gajar halwa for Seher and asks when she will return.
Ramila tells her that Seher and Rajveer went to the doctor and mentions their plans for a baby. However, Ramila also hints that they don’t intend to keep the child. Badi Bi is shocked and demands an explanation, but Ramila avoids answering directly and leaves.
Meanwhile, Karan instructs the manager to assign an event to Anurita, insisting that she is hardworking and deserves recognition. Param overhears and asks Karan if he has taken over the event company. Karan confirms, and Param questions whether Anurita told him about it. Karan denies having regular contact with her, saying they occasionally talk.
Seher returns home and happily greets Badi Bi, praising the gajar halwa. Badi Bi then mentions giving Seher’s favorite drum to Tricky’s friend, Sonu. Seher expresses disappointment, saying it was special to her. Badi Bi uses this moment to question how Seher can give away her child if she is upset about a drum.
Shocked, Seher asks how Badi Bi knows about this. Badi Bi confronts her, reminding her that she considers Seher her daughter and asking why she hid such a significant decision.
Badi Bi urges Seher to reconsider, saying she cannot share her child. Seher explains that she initially refused but changed her mind after learning about Dida’s pain and sacrifices. Seher feels obligated to help because Dida lost her child to save Rajveer.
Badi Bi warns Seher that this decision will bring her immense pain. She questions how Seher will live without her child and reminds her that the child will call Harshdeep "Maa," not her.
Seher insists the baby will still be with her, but Badi Bi points out the difference. She urges Seher to reconsider, saying she will regret her decision. Seher breaks down in tears but begs Badi Bi not to tell Karan and Param. She explains that she is doing this for her family and asks for silence.
Later, Seher calls Rajveer and informs him that Badi Bi knows everything. She says she asked Badi Bi not to tell her brothers and asks Rajveer if he met the doctor. Rajveer replies that the doctor had a meeting but plans to meet her before Harshdeep does. Just then, Gaitri arrives at the house, shocking Seher. She quickly informs Rajveer, who urges her to prevent Harshdeep and Gaitri from meeting.
At home, Badi Bi appears faint. Karan and Param help her and notice she looks stressed. They suspect something is wrong and question her, but she hesitates to reveal anything. Under pressure, Badi Bi finally confesses that Seher plans to give her child to Harshdeep. Karan and Param are shocked.
Meanwhile, Gaitri enters with Ramila. Seher accidentally drops a vase, and Gaitri notices her. Gaitri is surprised to learn that Seher lives in the house as Harshdeep’s daughter-in-law.
Seher hugs Gaitri and whispers that they need to talk privately. Ramila interrupts and asks Seher to arrange refreshments for the doctor, as Harshdeep is waiting. Seher secretly texts Gaitri, asking her not to reveal anything.
At the meeting, Harshdeep asks Gaitri about the couple’s plans. Gaitri mentions that they are considering giving their baby to someone. Harshdeep confirms that the baby is meant for her and demands to know every detail.
Gaitri deflects by saying the couple discussed normal delivery procedures, just like any other couple. Harshdeep presses further but doesn’t get a clear answer.
Outside, Seher and Rajveer meet Gaitri and plead with her to keep their secret. Gaitri agrees, saying she doesn’t want to jeopardize her career. Seher emphasizes that this involves three lives and begs her to maintain confidentiality.
Meanwhile, Karan and Param decide to confront Seher. They believe it is unfair for Harshdeep to take Seher’s child and feel the need to intervene. Param insists they need to speak to their sister immediately.
Seher informs Rajveer that Gaitri didn’t disclose anything to Harshdeep. Just then, Karan and Param arrive. Ramila gleefully comments that drama is about to unfold.
Karan and Param confront Seher, questioning her decision. They express their disbelief and anger, accusing Rajveer of dragging Seher into this promise. They remind Seher that she is their sister and their responsibility first and demand an explanation.
