"Meher was Pregnant For Another Man When I Married Her," Sarab Reveals To Daar

The kids sit upset. Meher asks why they didn't finish their milk, but they refuse. Meher asks what happened, and Seher explains that Daar ji made Karan climb the tree, which scared them. They say they won’t talk to Daar ji because they are mad at him. Meher reminds them who taught them to ride a cycle, and they say it was her. Meher points out that they fell many times, but they weren’t upset with her because she was teaching them. She explains that Daar ji was teaching them to face their fears and be united. He made Karan climb the tree but also saved him, wanting to make them all stronger. Daar ji feels very sad, so they decide to cheer him up.

The kids sneak into Daar ji’s room, and Seher hugs him, asking if he is upset. She reassures him that everything will be okay. Meher sends Karan and Param in as well, and they dance around Daar ji, making him smile. He hugs them and mentions the upcoming Tiha festival, which is for daughters, but their dadi won't participate. Meher insists they will all celebrate together as one family, but Daar ji knows their Tai ji well and recognizes this as a big problem. The kids express confidence that Meher Mama will solve everything, and Daar ji agrees to wait and see.

Meanwhile, Dolly discusses how she didn't know Meher would already tell Daar ji about the situation. She emphasizes that blood relations are significant. Karan playfully covers Tai ji’s eyes, thinking she will recognize him as her grandson, but she harshly denies it, saying he is not her son and refusing to give him sweets. Sarab asks Meher about the plan, and she decides to keep Karan away from Tai ji until her anger calms down.

Later, Karan presents a family tree project to Tai ji, but she burns it, causing Karan to scream and cry. Meher and Sarab rush in, and Sarab puts out the fire. The children are devastated, asking why Tai ji would destroy their project. Tai ji coldly responds that the project was wrong and continues to reject Karan as part of the family. Sarab confronts her, but Daar ji intervenes, stating that Sarab is defending his child, not misbehaving. He takes Amrit away to solve the matter once and for all.

The kids are heartbroken, with Karan questioning why Tai ji denied being his dadi. Meher reassures him that Tai ji was just angry and didn’t mean what she said. Sarab confronts Dolly and Daar ji, demanding an explanation for Tai ji's behavior. Daar ji warns Dolly that if she continues to speak ill of Karan, he will end their relationship.

The kids continue to cry, unable to understand Tai ji's harsh actions. Daar ji declares that if Dolly repeats her accusations, she will be dead to him. Amrit protests, asking if he would leave her for a child who isn’t even their blood. Daar ji firmly answers that he would, without hesitation, because he cannot hurt his children in his old age.

The kids lament their ruined project and their inability to celebrate the Tiha festival. In response, Meher, Sarab, Dolly, Daar ji, and Harleen create a family tree video, introducing themselves. However, Param points out that the video is incomplete without their dadi. Meher comes up with an idea.

Meher calls Tai ji, pretending to be from the kids' school, and informs her of a problem. Seher, pretending not to recognize Tai ji, asks who she is. Tai ji responds, identifying herself as Amrit Kaur, Seher and Karan’s dadi. Param records this, and Daar ji praises Meher for solving everything, saying that Gurbaksh would be proud of her.

However, Tai ji enters, accusing Meher of trying to deceive her, and declares that both Meher and her children have fallen further in her eyes. She criticizes Daar ji, claiming that he has compromised his principles by lying. Daar ji leaves, and Meher follows him.

Tai ji warns Sarab that while he is wise, he should consider how Karan will react when he learns the truth about his parentage. Sarab later recalls his moments with Karan, feeling conflicted. He wonders aloud to Meher if Karan will be able to accept him as his father after discovering the truth.
