Parineeti Written Update For Thursday May 8 2025
Mandeep meets Rakesh outside and introduces herself. Parineet comes out with her mother. She introduces her mother to Rakesh. He greets her and calls her "Mummy ji," but she doesn’t respond.
Parineet’s mother tells her not to worry, since Chachi is going with her, and warns Mandeep to be careful. Mandeep nods. Parineet and Mandeep sit in the jeep. Parineet looks back at her mother, who signals her to be brave. Parineet nods. Her mother silently prays.
Rakesh sits next to Parineet. He doesn’t like Mandeep’s presence but still tells her to order something. He jokes he doesn’t eat homemade food. Rohan meets him and reminds him of their friend’s birthday. Mandeep tells Parineet she’s lucky and will rise in status after marrying Rakesh.
Neeti serves tea at home. She’s angry. Her Mama ji agrees Parineet shouldn’t marry Rakesh. A cousin tells Neeti to stay out of it, but she scolds him. Another cousin reveals Parineet is on a date with Rakesh. Shalu calls Neeti and informs her Rakesh has multiple girlfriends and is a womanizer. Neeti tells her to warn Parineet, but the call drops. Neeti worries how to save Parineet.
Rakesh asks Mandeep if he can take Parineet to a birthday celebration. Mandeep agrees. After Rakesh steps aside, Mandeep advises Parineet to learn to keep her husband happy. When Rakesh asks what she said, she replies she was sharing her experience. He smiles and takes Parineet with him.
At the party, Rakesh introduces Parineet as his fiancée to his ex, Juhi. He hugs Juhi, making her uncomfortable. She calls her boyfriend Ashish, who immediately comes to her. Juhi introduces Rakesh as just a friend. Rakesh brings up their past.
When he grabs her, Ashish intervenes and a fight breaks out. Parineet gets pushed, but the guy from the hospital catches her. They share an eye lock.
Ashish falls into the pool. The guy asks Parineet if she’s okay. She thanks him. Juhi scolds Rakesh and guests criticize him. He gulps a drink and drags Parineet away.
At home, Parineet’s mother worries. She calls Parineet, who says she doesn’t like Rakesh. When she asks to speak to her, Mandeep lies that Rakesh and Parineet are clearing a misunderstanding. Parineet’s mother hopes Rakesh turns out good. Mandeep ends the call and panics.
Rakesh makes Parineet sit in the jeep and drinks alcohol. Parineet reminds him Chachi only allowed a restaurant visit. He insists they should know each other better. Parineet gets nervous. He drives to a lodge. She questions him. He asks her to call him “Rakesh ji” and says he just wants to shower his love on her. She is scared.
Outside the lodge, he grabs her hand. Rajeev, the guy from the hospital, sees it and intervenes. He tells Rakesh to let her go. Rakesh claims she’s his fiancée.
Rajeev reassures Parineet and stands by her. Rakesh asks her to confirm, and Parineet lies that Rakesh is right. Rakesh takes her inside, despite her discomfort.
Inside, Rakesh locks the door and insists they complete their “unfinished business.” Parineet begs him to let her go. He calls Mandeep and blackmails her by promising Vikram’s release.
Mandeep asks Parineet to do what Rakesh wants. Rakesh hangs up and tells Parineet to kiss him. She resists, and he pushes her on the bed. Just then, someone knocks.
A lady inspector, Suman, enters and puts a dupatta over Parineet. She asks if Rakesh forced her. He claims Parineet is his fiancée. Suman reminds him of the complaint. Parineet realizes Rajeev must have called the police.
Rajeev waits outside, worried. Suman questions Rakesh. He threatens her, but she stands her ground. She urges Parineet to speak the truth.
Parineet hesitates, but lies that Rakesh is telling the truth. Then she runs outside in tears, covering herself with a dupatta, overwhelmed by everything.
