Amrita and Jagga come to Meher. Amrita says, "You tell me your stomach hurts." Does Sarab know? Dolly comes. She says, "Meher, did you get a fracture?" Meher says, "It's just a hairline fracture." Dolly asks, "Why cancel the honeymoon plan then?"
Sarab replies, "We'll go once she's better." Param says, "Mama is still in pain." Sarab reassures, "Mama is fine." Meher confirms, "Yes." Dolly inquires, "Which hospital did you visit?" Sarab answers, "Nortis." Dolly whispers to Rovi, "They're lying." Sarab shows a photo in the newspaper, asking, "Who's this?" Rovi guesses, "Kareena Kapoor?"
Dolly corrects, "No, someone wealthy." Amrita asks Meher, "What were you doing?" Param exclaims, "This is my mama." Dolly asks, "Is that you, Meher?" Amrita questions, "Does Sarab know?" Param insists, "Mama, let's go. You need to rest."
Kulwant tells Amrita, "Meher is lying. I'll go to the hospital and find out." Param says, "I'm preparing to take care of Meher mama, like she took care of me." Param asks Meher to drink juice and rest. Param says, "Don't be stubborn, mama."
He checks her fever and says, "No fever." Param instructs the servants to sanitize the house and follows Meher's instructions. Param tells Sarab, "Mama is sleeping." Param asks, "How do I make her take the medicine?" Sarab stays with Meher while Param goes to get the medicine.
Sarab fondles Meher's face. Meher pretends to sleep and teases, "You weren't sleeping?" She playfully insists, "I was." Param makes Meher drink juice. Sarab receives a call about failed transactions.
Everyone dances. Kulwant says, "You married another woman?" She hits Jagga and asks, "Where is Billo?" Jagga points at the new car. Kulwant and Amrita laugh. Kulwant says, "Yuvi would be so happy."
Rana says, "He hit the jackpot." Jagga says, "Meher always wanted a big car for me." They celebrate. Dolly questions, "How much did this car cost?" He replies, "2.5 crore for trucks and 3 crore for the car."
Sarab receives a call about Meher's transaction of 25 crore. Meher plans to go to the mela with Param. Sarab notices them. Meher insists, "We're going." Param objects, "You're not well." Sarab learns that Meher cleared the cheque he gave her.
Sarab follows Meher to the bank and sees her meeting a man.
