Param places an order for three pizzas and says, "This doll is my mom." Khushi reminds him that his mom is in heaven, which makes Param cry. Sarba enters the room, and Sarab tells Khushi not to say such things. Param expresses his longing for his mother, and Harleen assures him that he has indeed found his mother. Sarab confirms this with Meher, and Param joyfully exclaims. Sarab requests to speak to Meher.
Meher gazes at the sky and envisions Manav. Manav compares her to the moon and caresses her face, assuring her that he is always with her, in her breath and heartbeat. He promises to watch over her and their child and asks Meher to take care of herself. Meher nods, smiling through tears, and vows to protect their child.
Kulwant sees Meher cooking and acknowledges her efforts. Meher explains that she can survive without food, but a mother cannot. Suddenly, Kulwant hands her a knife, insinuating that this is what she desires. Meher screams for Manav and cries out, but Amrita rushes to her side.
Sarab calls, finding Meher crying and screaming. He asks if everything is alright, and Kulwant covers by saying it's just the TV. Sarab requests to speak to Meher, but Kulwant lies that she is asleep. Sarab proposes meeting the next day, and Kulwant agrees.
Sharma visits the police station to file a report about his missing son, who has been gone for three days. The inspector reassures him that his son will return.
Sharma notices Sarab's photo in the newspaper and believes he can help him.
Meher discovers a camera in her room, and Kulwant watches the footage. Meher attempts to break the camera, while Rana questions Kulwant about Sarabjeet wanting to speak to Meher.
Sharma arrives outside Sarab's house but is initially stopped by the security guards. However, Sarab allows him inside. Sharma shows him Manav's photo, explaining that his son has been missing for three days after going to see a girl. Param urges Sarab to go, but Sarab instructs his man to file Sharma's report. Sarab assures Sharma that he will assist him and accompanies him.
Kulwant confronts Meher, telling her to get ready and not appear as if someone has died. Meher accuses Kulwant of killing Manav, but Kulwant slaps her and warns her not to mention that person's name. Amrita pleads with Kulwant to stop and is also slapped. Meher falls to the ground, and Param questions why his mother has fallen. Rana enters the scene, surprising Kulwant. He identifies himself and takes Meher outside, leaving Kulwant bewildered. Rana warns Kulwant against causing any trouble and threatens to harm Meher. Kulwant departs, while Amrita reminds Meher about her promise made on their father's photograph. Meher asserts that Kulwant is worried because she harbors evil intentions. In response, Kulwant threatens to kill Amrita for her words.
Kulwant leaves, and Amrita urges Meher to get ready.
Sarab arrives at Meher's house, where Jagga welcomes him. Kulwant expresses her happiness at their presence, feeling like it's a dream.
Meher is in tears as she looks at the necklace Manav gave her. Kulwant hallucinates Manav's presence, where he kisses Meher's forehead and helps her get ready. Meher continues crying.
Kulwant greets Sarabjeet, and Meher screams Manav's name.
Meher descends the stairs, and Kulwant accidentally spills tea on Sarab's coat, apologizing for her mistake. Sarab assures her it's fine and goes to the restroom. Meanwhile, Meher stands in the corridor, and Kulwant warns her that she will kill her if she says anything. Kulwant then approaches Sarabjeet, diverting his attention.
