Sarab inquires of Meher if everything is alright. Meher expresses her concerns, wondering if they are doing something wrong. She notes that everyone is congratulating Sarab, but she questions if their actions are morally sound. Sarab reassures her, emphasizing that they should be grateful for the child and that her past should not affect their happiness.
Meanwhile, Rovi calls his boss to inform him that Meher is pregnant, and the Serbia case is still ongoing. Harleen is reluctant to go on her trip now, and she believes that only divine intervention can help. Harleen advises Meher to rest and offers to find Param.
Amrita inquires about Yuvi's whereabouts, and Param and Yuvi are seen trying to retrieve a box. Param is atop Yuvi's shoulders as they struggle with the box, which contains a file. When they drop the file, Harleen questions what happened, and Param mentions it was the little baby's photo. Harleen assures him that Meher and Sarab were not lying about the baby, and they will find the lost photo.
Kulwant accidentally spots the file in a trolley and hands it to a servant without reading it. Param is upset and shares that his friends were doubting his parents' words. Harleen reassures him.
However, when the file is returned, Harleen opens it and discovers that Meher is three months pregnant, which leaves her bewildered as it has only been two months since the wedding.
In another scene, Kulwant credits Amrita for her role in a secret, but Jitto overhears and becomes curious about what secret her mother-in-law is referring to.
Param expresses his desire to dance to a song with Meher, and Harleen watches them with tears in her eyes. She grapples with her doubts but decides not to ruin their happiness based on a mere suspicion.
Amrita reflects on the situation, recalling Meher's wedding and Kulwant's words about Sarab not knowing that he is taking responsibility for someone else's sin. She shouts at Yuvi, shocking everyone.
Harleen, distressed, considers the possibility that the reports might be incorrect. She mentions Meher's goodness and struggles with her feelings. Meher offers her almond milk and asks if she has slept. Meher then hints at her concerns about Harleen finding out the truth about the child's parentage, and Sarab brings her milk while Meher reflects on Simran's luck in having a wonderful husband like Sarab. Meher worries about Harleen discovering that the child may not be Sarab's.
Sarab assures Meher that she doesn't need to worry about anything, as he is here to handle everything, encouraging her to get some rest.
Dolly asks if everyone is ready, and Meher inquires about their destination. Dolly mentions she's going to her friend's birthday party. Harleen declines, citing a headache, but Meher offers to massage her head, which Harleen politely refuses.
The rest of the family departs, leaving Meher, Sarab, and Harleen at home. Harleen shares her plan to gather information from the hospital. At the hospital, Harleen approaches a nurse for information, but the nurse remains tight-lipped. Undeterred, Harleen approaches the doctor and claims to have lost Meher's file, requesting a new one.
Meanwhile, Meher chides Sarab for being ten minutes late, and they both help Param get ready for the day. The doctor eventually prints a new file for Harleen, who checks it and is shocked by its contents.
Param interrupts their conversation, asking for pocket money, and Meher informs him that he will receive it in a few hours. Harleen questions the doctor to confirm the date, and the doctor affirms that it's Meher's third month of pregnancy. Harleen's shock leads to her accidentally breaking a glass in frustration.
Back at home, Harleen returns in a state of anger, reminiscing about her past moments with Meher.
