Meher enters her room and reflects on Harleen's words. Harleen had expressed that she had never seen Param and Sarab so happy and believed that their union was a blessing from God. Meher recalls Sarab's gestures, like giving his name to her child and updating her name in Param's records. She also remembers the belongings she received from Manav's mother.
Khushi attempts to engage Param in play, but he declines. Khushi expresses concern about going to Canada, leaving Param alone, and wonders who will play with him. Param cryptically mentions that someone will come to play with him, but he can't reveal who it is, as per Mama's instructions.
Meher visits a bridge and reminisces about her moments with Manav. She gazes at an "M" locket and the house papers. She speaks to Manav, acknowledging that fate has brought her closer to Param and Sarab. Meher decides to let go of Manav's memories for the sake of her child and symbolically throws all the items into the river. She cries and calls out Manav's name before returning home.
Yuvi dances and avoids doing his homework. Amrita asks about his diary, which he left at school. Jitto questions the abundance of pencils, and Yuvi explains that he received them from other kids at a party he hosted with the money Kulwant gave him. Yuvi convinces Kulwant to sign his diary, claiming it praises him as a great speaker.
Meher brings a painting to Param, describing it as their family photo. She slips, and Sarab catches her. Param notices the change in Meher's appearance, and Sarab humorously attributes it to her taking a shower. Meher shares the news of her pregnancy, telling Param about a fairy bringing the baby closer and her growing belly. Sarab playfully comments on the fairy tale aspect of her explanation.
Later, Sarab and Meher discuss Param's trust in them, allowing them to sleep in one room. They share a lighthearted moment, with Sarab joking about farting.
Param wakes Sarab, expressing concern about Meher vomiting. Sarab rushes to Meher's side, and they reassure each other. Param informs Harleen, who suggests making lemonade. Sarab offers to hire a caretaker, but Meher declines, and Sarab decides to take care of her personally.
Meanwhile, Rana shows Kulwant a poster, and Yuvi asks Kulwant for his diary, claiming he forgot it at school. Jitto questions Yuvi's story, but Kulwant dismisses her, telling Yuvi to go to school.
A child tells Param about a mother with a big tummy who died after saying she would have a small baby. Yuvi expresses his fears about having siblings, believing that mothers die when their tummies get big and are cut. Param becomes concerned about having a small baby as well.
