Meher welcomes Dr. Aditi, who compliments her on losing weight. Aditi playfully engages with Param, encouraging him to come closer. Meher explains that Param is a bit shy with new people. Aditi shares a joke with Param, and Meher notices Sarab's worried expression.
Param, seeking Aditi's approval, asks if he can show her his favorite cartoon. As they turn on the TV, a reporter announces a CBI inquiry, but Param interrupts, urging Sarab to change the channel to cartoons. Meher observes the interaction, amazed at how Aditi has connected with Param.
In another scene, Rana tries to persuade Ginni to forgive Kulwant, but Ginni sets a condition of receiving 1 crore for forgiveness. Rana relays the condition to Kulwant, who adamantly refuses to give any money.
Param excitedly shows Aditi family pictures, including Sarab and Harleen. However, when Aditi notices a photo of a family friend, Meher becomes curious. Aditi then shares a meal with the family and expresses her admiration for Param.
Lalita reminds Param to finish his milk, prompting Meher to ask Aditi about her family. Aditi reveals she is an orphan and expresses the loneliness she feels compared to families like the Gills.
Meanwhile, Kulwant gives Ginni a large sum of money and asks if she plans to file an FIR. Bitu retrieves the case file, and Kulwant, after burning the file, laughs at her successful attempt to erase the evidence.
In the next scene, Param urges Meher to visit his factory and see the chimney he built. Aditi shares her story of being an orphan, and Sarab reassures her that they consider her part of their family.
Meher suggests Aditi can consider the Gill mansion as her home and playfully insists she is Aditi's bhabhi. Aditi, remembering her mother's plea to be recognized as Harleen and Sarab's sister, requests to use the washroom.
Yuvi questions Kulwant about Rana's love for Ginni, and Kulwant compares Ginni to an elephant. In another setting, the Prime Minister calls Sarab, expressing trust in him but worries about the involvement of a Director of Police best described as CBI officer, Vikram Deewan who is very strict.
Vikram, resembling Manav, enters the city with confidence, and the PM warns Sarab about the challenges he might face with this stringent officer.
Meher inquires about Vikram Deewan, asking Sarab for the truth. He describes Vikram as an intelligent officer from Mumbai. Meher presses for more information, questioning Sarab's evident concern. Harleen intervenes, urging Sarab to come closer.
As the media queries Vikram about the case, he remains silent and departs. Harleen informs Sarab that his statues are being vandalized, and the opposition is capitalizing on the situation. Sarab reassures that he will cooperate with the investigation to prove his innocence.
Meanwhile, Aditi, haunted by memories of being called a sister by Sarab and a sin by Daar, experiences an asthma attack. Meher, hearing the distress, rushes to Aditi's aid. Aditi struggles to breathe, collapsing onto Meher.
In the midst of the crisis, everyone frantically searches for Aditi's inhaler, and Param questions the commotion, expressing concern for Aditi.
