Meher chases after Param, who is dancing outside. People stop her for selfies, but she's worried about him. Meher spots Sarab and tries to talk to him. He's ecstatic, considering it the happiest day of his life with the whole family together. Meher attempts to discuss something important with Sarab, but Dolly reminds her that everyone is enjoying themselves.
In her thoughts, Meher realizes that she needs to call the doctor. She informs Sarab that she's going upstairs, and Sarab is concerned if everything is okay. Dolly suggests that she should rest as she's pregnant.
Meher calls the doctor and describes Param's condition, mentioning the presence of blood in his urine. The doctor explains it could be an infection and advises her to bring Param to the hospital for tests the next day. Meher looks at a family photo and searches the internet for information. She decides to give Param juices. Sarab calls Meher and informs her that he'll be late because he's going out with friends.
In another scene, Yuvi and Bitu have an argument about food, with Jitto mediating. They're joined by Kulwant and Amrita, and the situation escalates. Amrita defends Yuvi, who has been working independently and takes care of himself, whereas Bitu depends on his father.
This leads to an intense disagreement, and Bitu even throws dishes. Jitto defends Amrita, and Kulwant intervenes, demanding that Bitu apologizes. The situation calms down, but the tension remains.
Meher makes another attempt to talk to Sarab, but he's in a hurry for a meeting. Rana recalls meeting Ginny at a party, and Yuvi informs Amrita and Jitto about the ongoing fight at home. As tensions rise, Jagga and Amrita decide to leave the house. Kulwant tries to prevent them, but Jagga insists that they must go due to the ongoing insult.
In the final scene, Minny and Dolly play cards with Ginny and Harleen. Param arrives and suggests they all fly kites together. Meher and Param encounter a lost dog, and after returning it to its owner, they continue to the hospital. Param is initially excited to fly kites but gets surprised when they arrive at the hospital. Despite his initial reluctance, he bravely gives blood for a test. The doctor advises Meher not to tell him anything until they receive the results.
