Choti Sarrdaarni Written Update for Friday 2 February 2024
The rituals commence as they wash Aditi's feet. Param excitedly mentions that his sister will arrive soon. Sarab dismisses it as a joke, while Amrita encourages them to bring it if Param truly wishes.
Jagga sends bangles for Meher, and Param accidentally drops them in the milk. Amrita notes that everything is happening in a series. Meher puts the milk-soaked bangles on Aditi, and Amrita puts bangles on Meher, recalling their significance as being made by God.
Meher, feeling uncertain, goes upstairs and looks at Karan. She keeps a photo of Karan and Param with her, picks up Karan, and declares him her brave son. Sarab enters, and Meher reveals her decision to go to Serbia alone.
Sarab offers to accompany her, but Meher insists he stay with the kids for their sake. Sarab expresses their interconnectedness and promises to be with her wherever she goes, holding Karan as he cries.
Param announces the name for his soon-to-arrive sister, Seher. Harleen mentions that the wedding procession (baraat) will arrive soon.
In the next scene, Vikram arrives with the wedding procession. Kulwant congratulates him and expresses her complaints about not meeting Manav. She shows him a video of Manav cooking, pointing out the resemblance to Vikram's house help.
Aditi comes downstairs, Vikram smiles at her, and Sarab remarks on the chemistry between Vikram and Aditi. The wedding rituals continue with Vikram and Aditi exchanging garlands, and Sarab and Meher tying their knot together. Param also playfully participates in the knot-tying ceremony.
Pandit ji instructs the bride and groom to take rounds. Sarab begins walking, and Meher observes their knot, realizing she has to walk behind him. Sarab smiles at her, recalling recent events, and takes the round around the fire alongside Aditi and Vikram.
Sarab captures a video of Aditi and Vikram during the rounds. Meher steps forward, and Vikram glimpses flashes of her face, imagining taking rounds with her. He stops, looks at Meher, and has a flashback.
Vikram pauses, feeling weird, and recalls being stabbed and thrown from a bridge. He hears Meher screaming "Manav" and sees her face carefully. His hands shiver as he recollects everything. Vikram vows that no one can take Meher from him.
Pandit ji announces congratulations, completing the rounds, and the wedding is done. Vikram looks at Meher and Sarab, then at Aditi in tears. He says, "Meher..." only heard by Kulwant.
Vikram faints and falls, shocking everyone. Aditi screams for Vikram. They rush to him, trying to revive him. Kulwant stands in shock. Meher looks at Vikram, recalling moments with Manav. Vikram looks at her, remembering their promises.
Everyone tries to help them, and Sarab asks Meher to call an ambulance, but she mentions it would take time. Vikram tries to move but can't. Bitu and Sarab carry him, and he recalls being dragged and thrown off the bridge. Vikram smiles at Meher, making her feel uneasy. Karan cries, and Param asks what happened to Uncle. Meher picks Karan and leaves.
In the next scene, Vikram is taken to the emergency room. Seema expresses concern, and Vikram assures them he's back. Surya tries to calm everyone, saying everything will be fine.
Aditi, now in a lab coat, assures Seema that nothing will happen to Vikram. They shift him to the operating room. Sarab, Surya, and Seema anxiously wait outside.
Bitu questions Kulwant about the situation. She admits her mistake, revealing that Manav is Vikram Dewan, and his memory has returned.
Kulwant heard him mention Meher's name and affirm that no one can separate them. She regrets not allowing Bitu to shoot him earlier and emphasizes that they must do what they failed to do in the morning before the evening.
