The door is locked, and Manav is worried. He pleads, "Please open the door. My son is inside." Aditi hears his voice and suggests getting the master key from reception.
Meanwhile, Karan rolls on the bed. Vikram retrieves the key, and Aditi heads upstairs without seeing Vikram's face.
Her friends call her, and she brushes off her earlier concerns. Vikram opens the door just as Karan is about to fall, and Manav catches him, apologizing to his son.
Sarab returns Param's call, wincing in pain. Param asks about Karan, but Sarab avoids the question. Meher asks Seema to try calling again. Manav answers, and Meher asks where he is.
Vikram responds that he's in Jhalandar for a meeting, while Karan cries in the background. Meher presses him for information, but Vikram claims he has to go and abruptly ends the call.
Meher leaves hurriedly, ignoring Seema's attempts to stop her. She calls Sarab and informs him that Vikram took Karan, causing Sarab to panic. Despite the doctor's warnings, Sarab insists on leaving and collapses outside.
At the hotel, Vikram comforts Karan with milk as Sarab informs Meher that Vikram is at Step Inn Hotel, Room 308.
Meher rushes upstairs, followed by Aditi.
Inside the room, Meher finds Karan and breaks down in tears, but Vikram locks the door before Aditi can enter. Meher reassures Karan that everything will be okay.
Sarab confronts Vikram over the phone, while Aditi explains to Sarab that she saw Meher entering a hotel room with Karan.
Sarab becomes increasingly anxious, realizing that Manav may have taken Karan. Aditi mentions her plan to intervene if Vikram mistreated Meher.
Meher hugs Karan tightly and calls Sarab to inform him that she found Karan. Sarab asks about Karan's condition, but Meher is too emotional to answer. Tarkash arrives at the scene. Meher urges Sarab not to let anyone touch Karan.
In a heated exchange, Meher accuses Manav of kidnapping Karan. Manav asserts his rights as Karan's father, claiming equal responsibility.
Meher challenges him, stating her primary right as Karan's mother. Manav proposes they share responsibility and promises to return Karan if he fails to care for him properly, leaving Meher shocked.
Meher insists, "You better let go of this craze. I won’t give my son to anyone." Manav counters, "What will you do?
First, you fooled me, and now this?" Meher explains, "It was all circumstances and fate." Manav accuses her, "No, you fooled me. You knew I was Manav. I told you everything."
He reminds her, "I told you everything in Serbia. Why didn’t you tell me back then that I have a child? Tell me? Why didn’t you say that? Did you forget?"
Meher responds, "Because I am a mother. Param's and Karan’s. I can’t live without them." She adds, "I didn’t hide anything. I could tell you everything that day for you and Aditi and for your parents. I knew one truth will ruin all lives." Manav laments, "My life and happiness are already ruined. My only happiness is Karan."
Meher hugs Karan, saying, "You know Sarab’s health. You said I have time till Diwali. I need time to decide. If God wants, Sarab would be back home by Diwali. I will talk to him."
She picks up Karan and says, "Let’s go." Manav warns, "You can keep your decision, but on Diwali my son will be with me. I will take him forever." Meher leaves.
In another scene, Meher returns home and tells Ajay (servant), "I got home. I will call you." She asks about Param's whereabouts, and Ajay informs her, "He kept crying and slept in his room. He said he won’t eat until Karan comes back home."
Meher then goes to Param’s room, where he has fallen asleep. She places Karan next to him, and Param wakes up, sees Karan, and hugs him, expressing gratitude for his return. Meher assures him, "Your brother won’t ever go anywhere. He will always live with you."
