Jeeto informs Amrita that her mother-in-law is calling her name angrily. Amrita questions her mother-in-law about her attire, to which she responds that sometimes one must resemble a thief to catch them. Confused, Amrita asks for clarification.
Kulwant, referring to the snatched chain, claims she can perform magic to retrieve it and reveals the recovered chain. Rana inquires if she caught the thief, prompting Kulwant to demand the identity of the thief from Amrita, who breaks down in tears.
Amrita confesses, pleading for forgiveness, citing her deceased father and struggling brother's situation as motives for her actions. Kulwant compares Amrita's situation to Meher's deceased father, questioning if Meher resorted to stealing. She then drags Amrita to her room.
Meanwhile, Meher enters the room where Robbie hastily grabs his phone, which recorded their conversations. Param notices the papers and asks his aunt about the content regarding Karan's custody. Harleen intervenes, taking the papers from Param's hands.
Param examines the custody papers, but Harleen swiftly retrieves them. Sarab intervenes, explaining that his aunt is occupied. Meher inquires about the remaining papers, and Param points to where Karan is.
